I’ve worked to launch, manage, accelerate, course correct, pivot to virtual, and sunset learning and technical assistance programs in the public and non-profit sectors. I’ve led leadership development programs for individuals and cross-sector cohort learning programs designed for groups. I have a lot to share, based on this experience and my training in adult development, as to the conditions and interventions help adults learn and grow.
