I’m committed to bending systems towards equity and justice by supporting individual, organizational, and community transformation. 

So far in my career I’ve done writing and proposal development for an engineering firm; spent seven years in Federal service working on community and leadership development; helped to start up a new non-profit organization; launched and led leadership development programs; and worked as an executive search consultant for social sector clients. 

Coaching leaders is a way I support the progressive change I care about that fills with me joy and energy. I work with individuals to unlock and harness the power of their full selves—mind, body, and spirit—to the change they are making. The work ahead of us is a marathon and I believe that integration and wholeness are critical components of what it will take to sustain the complex, urgent work of reimagining and remaking organizations and systems.

I have a BA in English and Sociology from The College of William and Mary, a Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown. I hold ACC-level coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation.

I live in the Washington, D.C. area with my husband, two children, and our labradoodle. I love reading, gardening, seeing live music (especially with a seat), exploring beautiful places, and going to bed early.
